1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (21 in some jurisdictions) and a legal resident of a jurisdiction where sweepstakes promotions are permitted. By creating an account you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
2. Account Terms
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. One account per person. Accounts are non-transferable. We reserve the right to verify identity at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification.
3. Prohibited Activities
- Using bots, scripts, or automated systems
- Creating multiple accounts or sharing accounts
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, payouts, or promotions
- Fraudulent payment activity or chargebacks
- Harassment of staff or other players
4. Sweepstakes Currency
Virtual coins purchased on the platform have no monetary value. Sweeps Coins are awarded as part of a promotional sweepstakes and may be redeemed for prizes subject to our Sweepstakes Rules.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Play 2 Win Sweeps is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Play 2 Win Sweeps and its affiliates from any claims arising out of your use of the platform or violation of these terms.
7. Dispute Resolution
Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action against us.
8. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
